I just kept in mind that most of Shakti’s garments have elastic elements that strongly suggest bondage and restraint. (I’m just suggesting it a little louder is all.)

That’s not a gag on her, it’s a shiny black veil. And although she can’t lift her arms in this get-up, otherwise she can move about fine.
